Graffiti Run (5K)

 I ran a 5K this past saturday… I never thought that I would be saying or typing that but I did it. It was almost like a culmination of all my hard work these past 10 weeks. Which is in a way silly - considering that I still ways away from my goal weight - but it was a way for me to realize that I have been doing an amazing job and that because of that, I should keep it up. It was a great experience while you run people throw powder paint at you and it makes you forget that you’re running. I was very luck to have my boyfriend there to support me as well as my parents. I didn’t train, and that was stupid because the next day my legs were so sore. I felt as if I had rode a horse for 3 days! I ran the three miles in 42 min. which wasn’t too bad (13 min. a mile average). I feel like this made me strive for more. I always was selfconcious  of how I would look running but now It gives me motivation to keep going. I signed up for the Glow Rush 5k and my boo is doing it with me so that’s exciting. :D
